Bryant — protective-operations readiness training, South Florida
Warrior Nation & Bryant Protective Services · South Florida

He spent eleven years protecting lives in high-consequence environments.
He still does it today.

We install protective judgment in your people, and help you fund it — we are not a bodyguard service or a licensing school.

Most security training sells confidence. Warrior Nation sells recognition — the few seconds of advance warning that decide who reacts in time and who doesn't. Adael Bryant has spent eleven-plus continuous years on the front line of keeping people safe: an IDF Kfir Brigade combat commander who led 60+ soldiers, then an Israeli Ministry of Defense protective agent who served on details protecting the Minister of Defense, and a professional who is still called back to operational duty today. He doesn't teach what he used to do. He teaches what he is still doing — recognizing a threat before it moves — and he proves the result on your own people in a paid, measurable pilot, with written documentation, before you commit a dollar of trust.

The missing layer

A license makes an officer legal. It doesn't make them ready.

Florida's licensing courses cover law, procedure, and the firearm. They were never built for the human layer that decides how a real encounter actually goes. That layer is what we train.

01

Awareness

Reading a room, a perimeter, a person — recognizing the indicators that precede an incident, not reacting after it.

02

Composure

Holding judgment and tone steady when a situation turns tense, fast, or unclear. The minimum never trains this.

03

Communication

Clear radio and team language under pressure — the line between a contained moment and a chaotic one.

04

Positioning

Distance, angles, and movement that protect people and de-risk an encounter before force is a question.

05

De-escalation

Lowering the temperature of an aggressive contact with presence and procedure — fewer escalations, less exposure.

06

Decision-making

Use-of-force judgment and disengagement calls made cleanly and defensibly when seconds matter.

You survive by seeing it three seconds sooner — and those seconds are teachable.

What you actually get

A program you can put in a binder — not a war story.

01

Curriculum, on paper

Threat awareness, de-escalation, positioning, communication, and use-of-force judgment — scoped to your people, delivered in fixed hours, small groups (8–12), at a fixed price.

02

A written threat-assessment report

After the engagement you receive a documented assessment of where your team or site is exposed — defensible, auditable, and useful to your insurer and your clients.

03

A 90-day follow-up drill

Retention is the point. We return at 90 days to drill, measure, and confirm the judgment stuck — not to re-sell you a course.

04

E&O insured, layered on yours

We carry errors-and-omissions insurance on file, and we layer onto your SCN / ADL / CSS program — we never replace what already works.

  • References available on request — and a paid, measurable pilot before any larger commitment.
Verified, not asserted

Documented credentials, a verifiable service record, and a written proof standard on every engagement.

Adael Bryant
The founder

Credibility you can verify.

Bryant commanded 60+ soldiers in the IDF's Kfir Brigade, served in an Israeli Ministry of Defense protective unit detailed to senior officials — including the Minister of Defense — and worked as an executive-protection agent. He holds a B.A. in Criminology from Bar-Ilan University.

The goal was never to make anyone act like a soldier. It's to make them calmer, more aware, and more professional when something goes wrong.
