Adael Bryant addressing a community gathering
For Houses of Worship · Schools · Community Nonprofits · South Florida

Stay welcoming. Stay ready.

Houses of worship, schools, and community nonprofits share a challenge: they must stay open and welcoming while quietly staying ready. Warrior Nation provides a practical layer of threat-recognition readiness for these institutions — designed to complement, never replace, your existing security plan. The focus is teaching your people to notice what's wrong earlier — surveillance behavior, abnormal movement, access-control gaps — and to respond in a way that keeps everyone safe and reassured, without turning your space into something it isn't.

Why Bryant — and why now

"Hope it doesn't happen here" is not a security plan.

Threats to houses of worship, schools, and community institutions are no longer abstract. Your people deserve more than goodwill and a locked door — they deserve someone who can see a problem three seconds sooner, because those seconds are teachable.

Bryant leading a community security briefing from the front

Bryant didn't study how to protect people under threat. He did it — as an IDF Kfir Brigade unit commander and an Israeli Ministry of Defense protective agent who guarded the nation's most senior officials, including the Minister of Defense.

South Florida has no shortage of security trainers. So we don't ask you to take a claim on faith — we hand you things you can check: verifiable license numbers, references on request, a written report you keep, a fixed price, and E&O insurance on file. Then we layer onto your existing security program — we never replace it.

A prevention-first standard

For eleven years, success was never measured by force used — only by who went home safe. That calm, prevention-first standard is what your people learn.

He protected lives in the highest-threat environments on earth.
Now he brings that readiness here.

What you actually get

Not a pep talk. A deliverable.

Every engagement produces something concrete you keep — for your board, your insurer, and your grant file.

  • Curriculum: awareness, front-of-house readiness, composure, and facility-specific scenario drills
  • On-site, in-person sessions — typically 3–4 hours, small groups of 8–15 so everyone gets reps
  • A written threat-assessment report on your facility you keep and can hand to your insurer or grant officer
  • A 90-day follow-up drill to confirm the judgment actually stuck
  • Fixed price agreed up front · E&O insurance on file · references on request
01

Situational Awareness

Staff, front-of-house teams, and volunteers learn to read pre-incident indicators early — calmly, without paranoia, inside a warm and welcoming environment.

02

Front-of-House Readiness

Your greeters, receptionists, and volunteers are the first layer. Practical reps for access friction, an agitated visitor, an unfamiliar vehicle, or a moment that simply feels wrong.

03

Composure Under Pressure

How to hold tone and judgment when a moment escalates — communicating clearly with your team and lowering the temperature before anything turns physical.

04

Scenario Drills

Hands-on walkthroughs tailored to your facility — reinforcing the lockdown and response training your security program already teaches.

The human layer

Cameras and locks don't make decisions. People do.

Hardware buys you seconds. What your team does with those seconds — notice, communicate, move — is the layer we train, and the layer most programs skip.

We reinforce — we don't replace

We layer onto your security program.

Whatever framework or partners you already rely on, Warrior Nation & Bryant Protective Services is a local, hands-on supplement to that work — the in-person reps and scenario practice a written plan or a remote director can't deliver on their own — never a replacement for it.

For your school

Cleared to be on campus.

A school can't let just anyone train near its students. Before we set foot on your campus, we meet the standard Florida law expects of anyone working around children.

  • FL Level-2 (Jessica Lunsford Act) background screening on every instructor who sets foot on a school campus.
  • Training scoped for a child-present environment — calm, warm, never alarming to students.
  • Coordinated with your head of school, SRO, and existing reunification and lockdown plans.
  • E&O insured, with documentation your administration can file and your board can review.
For your leadership

We'll brief your board directly.

Decisions about safety belong to your leadership — so we make it easy for them to weigh ours. We're glad to brief your executive director, board, or security committee in person, answer hard questions plainly, and coordinate with any security partner you already trust so everyone is aligned before a single session is scheduled.
